Where employees are found not fit for work, we will classify them as temporarily unfit and refer them for remedial action thereafter they will be reassessed if they are fit for work.
ONSITE WELLNESS SUPPORT NURSE CENTRED PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SERVICES
With an understanding of the work environment and volume of employees, we would like to propose the provision of onsite support nursing personnel who will be able to work together with the safety officer to ensure and reinforce a safe and healthy working environment.
TURN AROUND TIME FOR PERIODIC AND ANNUAL MEDICAL
Nkhethe has a sizeable team that is dedicated to optimal work and service delivery. We understand that employees are a valuable means of production to companies, and we do not believe that you should lose productivity due to lengthy and time-consuming medical assessments. From some of the projects we have done, we can safely state that we have the capacity to see an average of 200employees in 3 days maximum. We can provide an onsite wellness nurse that can conduct clinicservices when needed by your company. For example ( once aweek , twice a week). Onsite wellness nurse will receive a backupfrom our team at Nkhethe Private clinics in the event of crisis andany support required .
